Remove the original arm rest cover and place the new leather.Then make sure it is sure on all sides and glue the cover evenly just around the base with a super glue.
Or you can took the old one off, and lined up everything straight... started with the corners and started stapling while continuing to make sure things remained in line.
For added strength, it is recommended to use a stapler to install better than glue.
